Thanks Peter, and of course, you may add it.

The point is that we don't need to decide anything until the mailing list 
is operational, and there the issues should be discussed.

At the end of the day, a few cc's may come to an agreement and form an 
independent mailing list and share whatever they want, they do't need us 
(adcom).

Our decision here is, do we want to oversight this process? or do we want 
to let this happen in a different arena (maybe Verisign's) ?
