For those who want the Executive Summary:
A total of 36 ccTLD participated in the Election, comprising 32 votes
cast for candidates and 4 votes of abstention
There were no rejected ballots and there were a total of 4 proxy votes.
The number of votes cast in reverse order:
Jimmy IMOSSI 1 vote 3%
Arno AHORNEGGER 3 votes 8%
Nigel ROBERTS 12 votes 33%
Olivier GUILLARD 16 votes 44%
Abstention 4 votes 12%
The candidate with the highest number of votes is _Olivier_GUILLARD_ and
is hereby recommended to ICANN as a representative from the European
Region to serve on the ccNSO Launch Group.

Group every success.
