It's normally harder to get African operators/LIRS/cctlds to travel more than once a year for such events. That's why we try to colocate as many events/sessions as possible alongside the AfNOG meetings. It is likely that there will be a significant number of cctlds present and there will definitely be many more if we make a formal announcement.
