A. REMOTE PARTICIPATION:
The ccTLD-ICANN meeting will be held in Mandarin Room, East West Center, University of Hawaii on Feb 1, 2001.
With the generous support from the University of Hawaii and APAN, the secretariat will provide remote participations via VDO conferenceing.
The Meeting will be broadcasted using Polycom VDO conferencing system (H.323 compliant).
1) For those who wish to join the meeting using the Polycom system, please use the following setup parameters: Gatekeeper address: 128.171.25.230 Call no.: 62 2) For those who wish to join the meeting using Netmeeting software, please setup your system as follow: a) Please install and run Netmeeting version 3.01 b) On the menu, select "Tools" then click on the "Advanced Calling" button. c) Select "Use a gatekeeper to place calls". d) Enter the Gatekeeper address: 128.171.25.230 e) Select "Log on using my phone number". f) Enter your own telephone no. g) Click ok twice to get back to the main menu. h) Enter "62" as the calling number. i) Click the telephone icon to place a call. 3) For others H.323 compliant VDO conferencing systems, please use the following setup parameters: Gatekeeper address: 128.171.25.230 Call no.: 62
