Dear Elisabeth:

Our main ideas of our current situation are:

1.- We are finishing our legalization, under the legal system of Uruguay, because Montevideo will be our base city.

2.- The reason why we are still in this process is that there was many changes about persons who were considered in the bylaws.

3.- We will have a meeting in last week of March, besides LACNIC meeting in Montevideo Uruguay, and we will finish this process.
