We did not have time to address wwTLD Secretariat issue
before and during Montreal meetings - 
I am receiving an expression of interest from Richard Francis
for one year of wwTLD Secretariat Service.

Do we have other proposals? Shall we publish a call for candidates?
Could we address the Secretariat position issue amongs ourselves?
I recall Eric Akumiah candidacy a couple of months ago.

The Tunisia meetings will be coming soon, and many organisational
matters request time and patience, and Secretariat help.

The historic work on the ccNSO in Montreal meant that the topic of a wwTLD 
Secretariat did not get much of an airing in the wwTLD community meeting.

Through you, can I pass on iGCL's expression of interest to the ADCOM in an 
agreement to manage a secretariat in the UK, for a twelve month period from 
next month, on the basis of the description of the function of the 
secretariat described online at

http://www.centr.org/docs/statements/Adcom-wwtld-rules-CENTR.html.

This expresion of interest is subject to CENTR Excom agreeing with ADCOM 
that CENTR will during the period support iGCL, in discharging the 
following roles

1  To maintain the wwwtld.org server with a website and mailing lists.
2  To preserve the integrity of ccTLD documents which shall be preserved 
over time as they were originally recorded.
3  To preserve an administrative section on the website with Rules and 
Procedures for the AdCom and the Secretariat

The place from which the wwTLD Secretariat function would be performed 
would be one of the subjects of pre contractual discussions, together with 
terms relating to hours   worked under the agreement, remuneration, 
arrangements for handling potential conflicts of interest with other iGCL 
clients.

There is good time to make contact with the .TN registry to make 
arrangements for the wwTLD meeting in Carthage in three months' time

expression of interest further.
